Frequently Asked Questions

How do I schedule a tour?

Please click on "Photos and Tours" in the main navigation and refer to the "Office Hours" section.  The apartments we currently have for rent (which can be found in "Available Floor Plans") will frequently be accompanied by a virtual tour if that is more convenient for you.

How long does it take to process a completed application?

We will typically get back to you within 24 hrs.

Are pets allowed?

Yes!  Cats are welcome to live with you.  There is a one time fee of $125 for each cat (limit two). 

Do I have to obtain renters insurance?

Yes. Renters insurance is required as part of your lease agreement.

Is smoking allowed at the property?

No.  Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property including inside your apartment.

Which utilities do I have to pay for?

Residents only pay for utilities that are billed directly from the utility companies.  That includes your electricity, cooking gas, internet, and telephone. Heat and hot water are provided by the building.

Does the management passthrough additional utility charges?

No!  You will not receive any pass-through utility charges during your residency.

Is there a laundry room in the building?

Yes. A FREE washer/ dryer is provided in the building.  

Where can I park?

Limited garage parking is available on a first come first served basis for an additional fee.  Free street parking is also readily available. 

What online services are available to me?

Upon acceptance of your application, you will be invited to set up your Resident Portal.  From there, you can pay your rent, submit work orders, receive notifications, review your ledger, establish utility accounts, and access your residency related documents.  If you already have an account, you can log in here  https://realtymortgage.residentportal.com/
