How do I schedule a tour?

Please click on "Photos and Tours" in the main navigation and refer to "Office Hours".

What fees are due with my application?

A $50 application fee per person over the age of 18, and an administrative move-in fee of $400 are due when you submit your application. In the event that your application isn't approved, the $400 move-in fee will be refunded to you.

How long does it take to process a completed application?

We will typically get back to you within 24 hrs.

Are pets allowed?

Yes! Cats are welcome to live with you. There is a one time fee of $125 for each cat (limit two).

Do I have to obtain renters insurance?

Yes. Renters insurance is required as part of your lease agreement.

Is smoking allowed at the property?

For the health and comfort of all residents, smoking is not permitted anywhere inside this building, including individual apartments, or on the property grounds.

Which utilities do I have to pay for?

Residents only pay for utilities that are billed directly by the utility companies. Those include your electricity, cooking gas, internet, and telephone. Heat and hot water are provided by the building.

Does the management company pass through additional utility charges?

No! You will not receive any pass-through utility charges during your residency.

Is there a laundry room in the building?

Yes. A FREE washer/ dryer is provided in the building.

Where can I park?

Limited garage parking is available on a first come first served basis for an additional fee. Free street parking is readily available.

What online services are available to me?

Upon acceptance of your application, you will be invited to set up your Resident Portal. From there, you can pay your rent, submit work orders, receive notifications, review your ledger, establish utility accounts, and access your residency related documents.
